Carrie stared after Kisa, wishing she hadn't said anything. She looked to Liam, wide eyes blinking softly. She was loaded. Had been loaded since birth. Since before birth! She sighed. "Unfortunately..." she trailed off, looking away with a slightly depressing look. She honestly hated being rich. It was a turn-off for many down-to-earth people. Especially with how gossip spread through this school, if it got out her family was the Huntingtons, then people would judge her at a rude snob and place her into the Elites, where she would then sit with a bunch of rude people who thought they owned everyone. Hell, even sweet, innocent Carrie had a thing against them! Seeing as how hard it is to get on Carrie's bad side, many tend to be surprised at this side of Carrie. It's always bugged her that people are surprised at her not-so-good side. She was a human being. She wasn't perfection.
Carrie smiled softly at Liam to show she appreciate the compliment and she watched him basically attack the jewelery. She tiled her head slightly. She had too much jewelery already, but she didn't think any was from here. Mostly from Europe and Asia and other parts of the word. They were usually designer too, and over $5,000. She switched her gaze back to Kisa, the pout on her face as she watched Kisa ask for a bag for her other clothes. She glanced at Liam as he spoke and felt a light pink burning onto her cheeks as it did onto his. Obviously she wasn't the only one who wasn't used to giving or receiving compliments. Let alone cheek pecks. She smiled softly at the thought. "Thank you," she replied softly, trying to help him in a way. To show him it was okay to give out compliments, even if she was a bit nervous with it herself.
Kisa came skipping back and swung into the dressing room, scooping up Carrie's things and putting them into the bag along with a few other things it looked like she bought for herself and Carrie. Two bags already. Carrie glanced a Liam, expected at least a bag from him too. Kisa started giggling and Carrie looked at her curiously. "I'm sorry. This'll probably torture you... wearing that dress in front of dozens of people shopping in the mall," she said with an evil smile crossing her face. Carrie's cheeks burned a light red and she felt herself tense, as a slight whimperish sound came from her closed lips. Kisa giggled softly and hugged Carrie. "I'm sowwie, Care-bear," she said softly, smiling as she snuggled up to Carrie. Carrie tried to squiggle out of Kisa's arms, but failed, giving up with an annoyed look on her face.
